Shipping
The shipping charges depend on the shipping weight and the country to be shipped to and will be displayed in the shipping estimator before checkout.
The ordered items will usually be shipped within 48 hours, purchased downloads are available right after the payment has been made.
We are sending with german postal service (Deutsche Post). The maximum weight for one order is 2 kg to keep the shipping costs reasonable. If you intend to make a big order that would exceed 2 kg, please contact us by email before using the shop to make an order, so we can work something out.
The delivery times can vary depending on the country to be shipped to.
Most countries of central europe will have a delivery time of 3-5 working days.
For countries outside europe it can take between 14-21 days. That is due to the vast differences between postal services in every country. The german postal services don't offer tracking of the delivery. Please allow a minimum time of 14-21 working days before contacting us.
